Who we are
MoneyRoute (moneyroute.co.uk) is a trading name of Dailotte Consulting Ltd, which is the data controller for the personal information described here. Dailotte Consulting Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Contact us about privacy at info@moneyroute.co.uk.
What we collect
- Usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages viewed without cookies and without identifying you.
- Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
We don't currently ask for your postcode, address or contract details. If we add features that do, such as an address checker or contract-end reminders, we'll update this notice first and explain what we collect and why.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To run, secure and improve the site: our legitimate interests.
- To reply to your messages: our legitimate interests in responding to you.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records: legal obligation.
Cookies
MoneyRoute doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. When you click a link to a provider, that provider or its affiliate network (for example Awin) may set cookies on its own site to record that you came from us, so we can be paid a commission. Those cookies are covered by their privacy and cookie policies.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and our email routing.
- Our email provider, to receive and store messages you send us.
We don't sell your personal information.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer to resolve a complaint or meet a legal obligation. Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to you.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email info@moneyroute.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
