Lyca Mobile customer service and complaints
Ofcom only publishes complaint figures for the largest providers, so there are none for Lyca Mobile yet. If you have a problem, complain to Lyca Mobile first; after six weeks, or sooner if they say they can't resolve it, you can take it to an Ofcom-approved dispute resolution scheme for free.
