Do rolling SIM only plans go up?

A rolling plan has no fixed term, so no rise is built in. The provider can still change the price with notice, but you can leave at the end of any month. 13 of the fixed-price plans here are rolling; 6 are contracts with a price fixed for the term.

Which networks add a price rise each April?
